I agreee with anonymous! when you adopt from a shelter or per say an animal rescue then you are telling these puppy mills that you dont want their kind of business! They are cruel to the animlas a lot of times and often you get a sick animal who hasnt had a chance to live as a puppy, or kitten or whatever type of animal, and they dont know how to act. A lot of times the animals are abused mistreated and neglected and it may show in their behavior once you get them home. In the end run, it costs you more money by having bought them.
