To protect the air we breathe, polluters must be publicly exposed and the general public must be made aware of the dangers of pollutions and that they can help bring polluters into compliance.
Access to clean air and water are fundamental rights, and polluters, regardless of their other economic contributions, must be held to a high standard for reducing and eliminating their wastes. We must not continue to allow polluters to externalize the costs of cleaning up their messes. If they can not or will not take full responsibility for their noxious emissions, they don't deserve to exist.
