As a family of asthmatics and whose mother passed from lung illness I know first hand what it means to not have clean air. Being from lower income marginalized areas means we felt it the most as do many people today. Time has come to release the shame of bad choices, let the blinders lift and move forward. It is the right time to move these ideas into action, everyone has felt the effect and in their heart of hearts, people want to shift. They need pathways, let's help them walk forward and leave behind what no longer works. As a person who has risen from dust, I know we can do this in a large context.
