NVC is instrumental in understanding of how we think and feel which allows me to be present to how others think and feel. Needs, universal needs that we all share (not "selfish" either/or of our cultural understanding), when met heal trauma, repair the brain and create an environment of well being.
Starting someplace to challenge the debachle we call EPA works for me.
