I am currently in BC Canada. Having read today (wikipedia admittedly) that Canada has a per capita primary energy use of 427 mil/btu versus chinas 56 mil/btu I wonder how much worse that disparity would become if these ideas were included in these calculations.
In spite of the massive increase in chinas energy use in the last 20 years, how much better would their true energy consumption be if western nations manufacturing demands were correctly attributed?
