Until there is no need for prisons, incarcerated individuals should have opportunities to obtain meaning academic, technical and social skills which could enable them to take their proper roles as assets to wider and wider communities. This would, no doubt, be a great improvement over the present sophisticated slavery practices behind a facade of justice.
