My power company, Dominion, in Virginia has a multi-decade plan to produce power from antiquated coal operations, as well as to build several new coal power plants. One plant would be on the edge of the Chesapeake Bay, in the wetlands, waiting to destroy these ecosystems and to get buried as the ocean rises. This is what happens when considering climate change in planning is not mandated. Wow -- clueless or criminal?
