We believe the growing sustainable food movement offers an unprecedented opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of just farmworker conditions as an integral component of a more sustainable food system. Increasing knowledge of these issues among individual and institutional consumers will give a much-needed boost to the demand for fair food: food produced under just labor conditions. By employing a multimedia approach targeting young organizers we have assured that social justice and farmworker issues are integrated into the sustainable agriculture discourse, rather than being left off the table, as has largely been the case until now. We need help making our website more appealing and interactive.
