HRC works to build the capacity of non-profit organizations serving drug users and communities unduly impacted by drug use. We do work to support organizations around myriad health and social issues. However, our website is sadly out-of-date and does not have the functionality or appeal needed to engage our constituents and provide them with the resources they need. A better website would boost our own goals and provide much-needed support in turn to those non-profit organizations doing the ground work around HIV, viral hepatitis, drug overdose, homelessness, incarceration, and more. Help us and we will pay it forward!
