Beyond the Walls of Violence

Insight Prison Project - Non-Profit - www.insightprisonproject.org

Free Range can "avert a lot of hurt" by viralling curt, compelling visuals on Felons Gone Good through IPP's reliable rehab programs at San Quentin and elsewhere. Our groups bring crime victims and offenders together, inspiring personal insight, accountability and compassion for all. Our groups are a confluence of ancestral, cultural, and historical trauma, holding old members of Dr. King's marches and the American Indian Movement, and victims of Khmer Rouge, along with the victims of our streets. We need to reach prison policymakers across the nation to prove the revolving door prison system can be fixed.

IPP is wonderful, I have been following the programs for year's and find it to be one of the best programs for men/women who are in prison.. We must change the culture of our prison system NOW for the betterment of this country.. This transformation and healing that is being done behind the wall is wonderful. We need to expand this to the officers/staff whom also work with people in prison, they are also damage by the system they work in.. so I support all the work of IPP and want to see these programs in all prisons threw out this country with 2.3 million in prison its very much needed!!!

Until there is no need for prisons, incarcerated individuals should have opportunities to obtain meaning academic, technical and social skills which could enable them to take their proper roles as assets to wider and wider communities. This would, no doubt, be a great improvement over the present sophisticated slavery practices behind a facade of justice.

Rehabilitation is imperative as offenders will eventually be released into the community.
No one wants an angry ex con who served no purpose but being locked up.

Fast growing program that has caught the eye of Sacramento. Steller leadership and staff.
