Human right came in effect just after the neolithic period and it got its full swing after the effect of Nation- state concept. Human rights is confined with mainly right to life and right to equality , when we throw light on Indian cultural set up , we find a clear circle of castism which creates differentiation and it is going on in the era of globlaization
